Alex Acloque
Founding Partner
Alexander qualified as a Chartered Surveyor at Gerald Eve before going on to become a director of the CBRE Capital Markets team in Singapore, where he worked with Institutional and High Net Worth Individuals. In 2010, Alexander founded Wotton Properties and has developed in excess of £350m of residential property.
Alex is a co-owner of Jubilee Partners focussing on Investment Strategy and Project Management.
Peter Dykes
Founding Partner
Over the last 25 years Peter has transacted more than £600 million worth of investments in the UK’s commercial and residential sectors, originally as a founding partner of both Newbridge Capital and subsequently Seastar Developments Limited, an award-winning development company specialising in residential opportunities in prime Central London.
Peter is a co-owner of Jubilee Partners focussing on investment strategy and financing.
