A joint venture has been entered to promote this 220 acre site on the outskirts of Lisburn with the goal of providing a link road between the Moira and Sprucefield junctions of the M1 motorway, along with mixed use development, providing in the region of 1300 homes and 770,000 sq ft of commercial space.
